Jinja Field Trip
For the majority of out students this excursion was not only an educational one, but one that would be remembered for a very long time… With students having never left the village before, having never seen a body of water before nor having ever been on a boat on water before - this excursion was truly memorable.

Breakdance Project Uganda lights up School for Life's Katuuso campus
School for Life partnered with Breakdance Project Uganda (BPU) on their mission to use breakdance and other elements of hip hop culture as outlets for underprivileged children to build leadership skills and promote positive social change. Our students (as well as our staff!) LOVED having BPU visit our schools that all the workshops ran overtime.
In 2010, Rachel began as a cleaner at Katuuso Primary and Vocational School. She was working to save money to study to be a teacher at University. Thanks to Barrie and Simone Goldsmith, her dream of studying came true and she is now fully qualified.
